Curcumin Phytosome May Support Bone Density and Maintenance of Muscle

Curcumin Phytosome improved bone density in patients with osteopenia in this placebo controlled preliminary study: Effects of a curcumin-based supplementation in asymptomatic subjects with low bone density: a preliminary 24-week supplement study - PubMed. Based on ultrasound of the heal, small finger, and upper jaw, results were significant at 12 and 24 weeks.
